Working Hours: From 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Days Off: Friday and one additional day during the week.

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.

  1. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  3. Provide accurate information and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
  4. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  5. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  6. Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.
  7. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
  9. Handle customer complaints or issues, escalating them to the appropriate department when necessary.
  10. Uphold company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  11. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
  5. Proficient in using computer software and office equipment.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  8. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  9. Professional appearance and demeanor.
