A leading hospitality establishment in Riyadh is seeking dynamic Front Office professionals to enhance guest experiences. The ideal candidate must possess a hospitality degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction from arrival to departure, check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining hotel information. Previous experience is preferred, and knowledge of Opera is a plus.

You should ideally have a degree in hospitality with previous experiences in the Front Office Department within a hotel. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and knowledge in an additional language, along with strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities are essentials. Computer literate and previous experiences with Opera are an advantage.
