Bachelor of Business Administration (Management)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. All members to be greeted professionally, treated equally, receive exceptional and consistent service, feel valued and comfortable in their environment.
  2. Keep records of members interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  3. Identify members needs to achieve satisfaction.
  4. Keep records of members interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
  5. Hold a positive attitude towards all members and be resourceful in finding resolutions and supporting queries.
  6. Proactively collect feedback from members, document and share it. Ensure the correct action is taken to handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  7. Proactively engage people in exercise and activity is at the heart of everything you do.
  8. Brand awareness creation, always go the extra mile to engage members.
  9. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with members and the CORE team.
  10. Build a value for money culture amongst members and the CORE team.
  11. All interactions with members are submitted into the system.
  12. Membership administration is carried out efficiently and with attention to detail.
  13. Membership data always remains confidential.
  14. Participation in all marketing and community building activities.
  15. Assist with administration duties: filing, product supply inventory, updating guest profiles, and other requirements to support management and operations.
  16. Provide accurate information about facilities in person and via telephone.

Experiences & Qualifications:

  1. High school graduate.
  2. University Diploma or Degree.
  3. Previous experience within guest service or customer care.
  4. Excellent English / Arabic language skills, verbal / written.
