Fresh Graduate Accountant

motivated and detail-oriented Fresh Graduate Accountant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and ERP systems in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
2. Support in day-to-day accounting tasks (data entry, invoicing, filing)
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
4. Assist with monthly and year-end closings
5. Coordinate with auditors and prepare required documentation
6. Help in reconciliation of accounts and bank statements
7. Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT and ZATCA guidelines
8. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data
9. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
10. Maintain accurate month-end records by examining all financial statements
11. Handle the annual external audit responsibilities of the company
12. Prepare accurate reports on all the financial closing statements of the company
13. Assist the top-level management in making critical business decisions by providing accurate financial assessments
14. Comply with financial policies and regulations

Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles
3. Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems is a plus
4. Strong analytical and numerical skills
5. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
6. Good communication skills in English and Arabic
7. Saudi National (preferred, if applying Nitaqat/HRDF support)
8. Expertise in handling financial activities by implementing the latest management and cost reduction trends
9. Ability to interact with the company's management and other departments in a clear and concise manner
10. Adept in data analysis, interpretation, and use of modern accounting techniques

12. Qualified Microsoft Suite professional with a proven track record of implementing technology in financial tasks
