To generate profitable freight sales by promoting company logistics services, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the Jeddah region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote freight forwarding services (Sea, Air, and Land) to prospective customers.
- Develop and manage relationships with importers, exporters, and local businesses.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders based on client requirements.
- Follow up with clients to convert leads into bookings.
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Maintain sales activity records and reports in CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for strategic planning.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and customer acquisition goals.
- Assist with credit control by following up on outstanding payments when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong network in the Jeddah market, particularly in trade and shipping sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
