Freight Coordinator

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Freight Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh.

Job Description:

The Freight Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day freight operations including booking shipments, documentation, customs clearance, and liaising with carriers, agents, and clients. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in both import and export procedures for air, sea, and land freight.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end freight forwarding operations
2. Prepare and process shipping documents
3. Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, and warehouses
4. Ensure smooth customs clearance processes
5. Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
6. Provide operational support to the sales and customer service teams

Minimum Requirements:

1. 2–3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding/logistics
2. Transferable Iqama
3. Available for immediate hiring
4. Strong knowledge of freight operations and documentation
5. Good communication and organizational skills
6. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software is a plus
