A leading company in digital marketing is seeking an Account Director in Jeddah. The role requires managing high-value client accounts and developing data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and a solid background in performance marketing.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Director with a strong background in
digital marketing, and performance-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive
experience in account management, business development, and data-driven marketing strategies to
drive client success and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Client Relationship & Account Management
•Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
•Understand client business objectives and develop customized marketing solutions to drive
engagement and revenue.
•Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling
services.
2- Leadership & Team Collaboration
•Collaborate with internal teams (on briefs and analytics) to deliver exceptional client service.
•Stay updated on compliance, and emerging industry trends.
3- Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization
•Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies for client campaigns.
•Work closely with internal teams to optimize campaign performance metrics
•Utilize and affiliate social media to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
•Analyze customer data and behaviors to refine campaign targeting and improve ROI.
4- Strategic Growth & Business Development
•Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
•Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring strong revenue growth.
•Monitor market trends and competitor activities to advise clients on the best strategies for
competitive advantage.
5. Project & Campaign Oversight
•Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
•Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client KPIs.
•Work with creative, tech, and performance marketing teams to enhance campaign
effectiveness.
6. Financial & Performance Management
•Manage account budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
•Track and report on performance metrics, KPIs, and financial goals.
•Provide regular reporting and insights to clients
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or client services.
• Strong background in performance marketing, and digital advertising.
• Proven track record of managing and growing high-value accounts.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic advertising, and CRM tools.
• Exceptional communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
