Job description

The Franchise Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting the operational success of franchise-owned restaurant branches. This role ensures that all franchisees maintain company standards, comply with brand guidelines, and deliver consistent customer experiences. The Franchise Manager also acts as a liaison between the franchisor and franchisees, providing training, operational support, and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of franchise restaurants to ensure brand consistency.
  • Conduct regular visits to assess quality, service, cleanliness, and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with franchisees and provide ongoing support.
  • Monitor sales and KPIs; assist underperforming locations with improvement plans.
  • Provide training for new and existing franchisee teams.
  • Support new store openings and ensure pre-opening readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in restaurant operations or franchise management.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant industry standards and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently for site visits and franchise support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft OfficeExcel and Word.

Working Conditions:

  • Mix of field visits and office-based work.

Skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a multi-unit restaurant brand or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant).
  • Familiarity with franchise agreements and legal compliance.
  • Bilingual skills (Arabic & English) are a plus.
