We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Franchise Manager to join our leading burger fast food company. The Franchise Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting our franchise operations, ensuring the success and growth of our brand across various locations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of the fast food industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Franchise Development: Oversee the expansion of the franchise network by identifying potential markets, recruiting new franchisees, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure all franchise operations adhere to the company's brand standards, operational procedures, and quality guidelines to maintain consistency and excellence across all locations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess franchise performance through key metrics, providing guidance, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for franchisees and their staff, covering operational best practices, customer service excellence, and local marketing strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with franchisees, acting as the primary point of contact for operational, administrative, and strategic inquiries.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement local marketing initiatives that align with the overall brand strategy, enhancing visibility and customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Assist franchisees in financial planning and performance analysis, including revenue management, cost control, and profitability optimization.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, minimizing risks and protecting the brand's reputation.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Solicit feedback from franchisees to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement, driving innovation in products, services, and operational practices.
  • Crisis Management: Provide leadership and support to franchisees in times of crisis, ensuring swift, effective responses to protect customers, staff, and the brand.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Franchise Manager or similar managerial role, preferably in the fast food or retail industry.
