Job Description

Advanced Formwork Co. Ltd (Doka) seeks a highly motivated Formwork Instructor responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and acting as the worksite representative in dealings with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site support, including professional briefings and training to contractors during initial system formwork assembly.
  • Act as a liaison between the job site and the Project Manager/Coordinator to monitor correct equipment use.
  • Ensure customers practice correct application and assembly of system formwork.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems on-site and execute formwork solutions.
  • Attend site meetings with customers/clients.
  • Monitor material delivery and ensure proper return to site.
  • Issue Site Inspection Certificates.
  • Conduct site inspections and record misuse of formwork materials.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the site services office and technical department.
Qualifications
  • Qualification in a Technical or Civil Engineering field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ on-site experience in system formwork/scaffolding.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a results-driven, fast-paced team.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Flexibility to support site activities outside normal working hours.
  • Previous Doka experience is preferred.
