Job description

You as a Foreman - Testing will be part of Hitachi Energy High Voltage Business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will support the testing team in executing medium to large and complex GIS projects by managing testing technicians.

Your Responsibilities

• Adapt quickly to the testing line to ensure timely output without hazards, prioritizing safety.
• Achieve daily targets and complete work on schedule with quality.
• Coordinate with testing engineers regarding quality issues.
• Maintain awareness of the product and engage technicians effectively.
• Understand Hitachi GIS products and resolve testing line issues.
• Be familiar with mechanical testing products of ACTAS and MES standards.
• Attend SFM meetings, achieve daily targets, and report to testing engineers.
• Monitor line consumables and maintain tact tools.
• Work in shifts and uphold 5S standards on the testing line.
• Manage NCR and customer order movements within MES.
• Understand Lean organization concepts and promote their application.
• Uphold Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions and caring for colleagues and the business.

Your Background

• Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in project execution of similar projects, including at least 2 years leading and coordinating with external customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver quality results on time.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
