Job description

You as a Foreman - Testing will be part of Hitachi Energy High Voltage Business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will support the testing team leading the execution of medium to large and complex GIS projects by managing testing technicians.

Your responsibilities

• Able to adapt quickly to the testing line to ensure timely output without hazards, prioritizing safety.
• Achieve daily targets and complete work on time with quality.
• Coordinate with testing engineers on quality issues.
• Engage with technicians, understanding the product, and resolving issues in the testing line.
• Understand Hitachi GIS products and portfolios.
• Be aware of mechanical testing products of ACTAS and MES standards.
• Attend SFM meetings, achieve daily targets, and report to testing engineers.
• Monitor line consumables and maintain tact tools.
• Work in shifts and uphold 5S standards in the testing line.
• Manage NCR and customer order movements using MES.
• Be familiar with Lean organization concepts.
• Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions and caring for colleagues and the business.

Your background

• Diploma in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project execution of similar projects, with a minimum of 2 years leading and coordinating with external customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver quality results on time.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
