Job Title: HVAC Foreman / Team Leader After Sales (Warranty)

Note: This role is based in KSA as we are expanding our operations in Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman / Team Leader to lead and supervise field service teams handling after-sales and warranty support. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across various HVAC systems and OEMs (Carrier, Trane, JCI, etc.), and the ability to lead a team in resolving technical issues, executing repairs, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise HVAC staff in executing service, repair, and commissioning tasks on chillers, package units, and other HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical faults using tools, charts, and control diagrams.
• Coordinate site activities, ensure job quality, and obtain client job completion reports.
• Conduct inspections, identify preventive maintenance needs, and recommend corrective actions.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams on work status and issue resolution.

Core Requirements:

• Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or Refrigeration Engineering, or 4+ years of relevant hands-on HVAC experience.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration and air conditioning systems and components.
• Familiarity with control wiring (AC/DC, single-phase, three-phase) and HVAC diagnostics.
• Experience working with OEM systems (Carrier, Trane, JCI, etc.).
• Supervisory skills and ability to manage junior technicians on-site.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
