About ALEC FITOUT ALEC FITOUT is the specialist division of ALEC Engineering and Contracting L.L.C., a market leader in the delivery of high-end interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across hospitality, cultural, retail, and commercial sectors. In support of Vision 2030, we are proud to be part of Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious and iconic developments. Role: Foreman – High-End Fit-Out Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Start Date: Immediate Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and execute daily site activities in line with high-end fit-out specifications and project timelines. • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workforce to ensure work quality and productivity. • Review and interpret drawings, ensuring all works meet required standards. • Manage materials, tools, and manpower on site. • Enforce health and safety regulations on site. • Report progress, issues, and resource needs to the Site Engineer or Section Manager.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in interior fit-out, including at least 3 years in a Foreman role. • Proven track record on luxury/hospitality or high-spec commercial projects. • Strong understanding of architectural finishes, joinery works, partitions, ceilings, and detailing. • Experience working in the GCC region, ideally in KSA. • Capable of managing site teams and coordinating across multiple trades. • Good communication and leadership skills.
