Job description: Job Purpose
Monitors the work of electricians/technicians and provides guidance as needed. Assist with electrical system installation, troubleshooting, and repair as needed.
Key Accountability Areas
Site Execution:
- Plans and distributes group job activity.
- Organizes and coordinates the daily electrical activities of all workers, subcontractors, and equipment according to priorities of the plans and utilizes corrective action to keep the project on time and within budget.
- Submits daily reports about manpower & machinery.
- Communicates with the site electrical engineer if any difficulties arise that hinder progress.
- Coordinates material flow at the site.

- Ability to recruit, recognize, and cultivate high performers and expose them to create a robust second line of management.
- Ability to recognize low performers and guide them to improve or release them.
- Ability to treat subordinates equally without any discrimination.

- Develops the organizational structure according to current requirements, considering future and development plans.
- Ensures availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deployment.
Business Process Improvements:
- Develops and coordinates well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeks automation opportunities as much as possible.
- Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions, especially those relevant to the job and business.
- Promotes automated systems and uses them fully to spread its culture.

Academic Qualification:
Diploma Degree in Electronics Engineering
