Monitors the work of electricians/technicians and provides guidance as needed. Assists with electrical system installation, troubleshooting, and repair as needed.
Key Accountability Areas
Site Execution:
- Plans and distributes group job activities.
- Organizes and coordinates the daily electrical activities of all workers, subcontractors, and equipment according to priorities, utilizing corrective actions to keep the project on time and within budget.
- Submits daily reports about manpower and machinery.
- Communicates with the site electrical engineer if any difficulties arise that hinder progress.
- Coordinates material flow at the site.
Role Accountability
- Ability to recruit, recognize, and cultivate high performers, and expose them to create a robust second line of management.
- Ability to recognize low performers and guide them to improve or release them.
- Ability to treat subordinates equally without discrimination.
- Assessment criteria of subordinates is performance leading to planned results.
- Ensures availability of delegation of authority matrix with sufficient delegations as per company policy.

- Responsible for monitoring and controlling budgets and expenses to achieve cost efficiency.

- Develops organizational structure according to current and future requirements.
- Ensures job descriptions are available for all roles and proper deployment.
