FOREMAN - CRANE ASSEMBLY

Technical Skills:

FOREMAN - CRANE ASSEMBLY

Technical Skills:

Crane Assembly Knowledge: Deep understanding of crane components, assembly procedures, and mechanical systems for LR, Kobelco, Demag and Sany cranes with all configurations.
Drawings and manual Reading: Ability to understand technical drawings and assembly manuals.
Tools Usage: Skilled in the use of specialized tools and equipment required for crane assembly. Familiarity with all type of hitches

Safety and compliance
Safety Regulations: Thorough knowledge of workplace safety standards
Risk Assessment: Ability to identify potential hazards during crane assembly and implement preventive measures.
Emergency Response: Ability to handle emergencies, including equipment failure or accidents.
Permit: Ensure all crane assembly / dismantling comply with permit requirements.

Leadership and management

Team Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a team of assembly workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Communication: Clear communication with team members, supervisors, and clients on site regarding assembly / dismantling issues, and requirements.
Problem-Solving: Quick decision making skills to address and resolve on site issues or equipment malfunctions.


Qualifications:
