A leading global technology company seeks a Foreman for its assembly operations in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee assembly, repair, and testing of GIS bays while upholding safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards. An electrical engineering diploma and 4-5 years’ experience are essential for this role.

Perform assembly, repair, and routine tests (Mechanical, 10KV, HV, functional & resistance measurements) of GIS bays (including components & modules) according to work instructions, drawings, bill of materials, checklists, guidelines, and customer order data. Fulfill work packages based on production data and instructions. Conduct self-checks of work results, fill out and confirm checklists and protocols. Aim for high performance in quality, cost, and delivery time. Properly handle factory equipment and tools, maintain test equipment, and ensure continuous calibration. Conduct quality control and escalate issues immediately. Record deviations, support root cause analysis, and write quality or non-conformance reports. Gather product improvement feedback from GIS LSC engineers. Support teamwork, communicate effectively, and collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders (assembly, testing, logistics, etc.). Follow factory rules and safety guidelines, maintain a safe working environment per Hitachi Energy HSE standards, and report irregularities. Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean culture by providing feedback and sharing ideas. Perform any additional tasks assigned by management to meet job requirements.
