Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented FX Teller to join our team in Makkah. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in financial services. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate and efficient exchange transactions, delivering outstanding customer service, and complying with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with buying and selling foreign currencies.
• Verify authenticity of banknotes and detect counterfeit currency.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Follow compliance, AML, and KYC procedures as per SAMA regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Ability to work with ERP systems, cash machines, and digital tools.
• Strong numerical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with international customers, regardless of language barriers. (English is a plus).
• Must pass the Financial Academy "Foreign Exchange Professional Exam" within the first year of employment (pre-certified candidates preferred).

Work Conditions

• Rotational shifts (morning, evening, and overnight).
• On-site role based at our branch in the Clock Tower (Abraj Al-Bait), Makkah.
