# Food Service Manager, Jeddah, KSA

Purpose:

Seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Food Service Manager to lead and grow our business in Saudi Arabia. Responsible for managing foodservice distributors, handling Bakery Ingredients, Frozen (Ice Cream, Vegetables), and Snacks brands, and expanding key accounts in HORECA and Bakery channels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Distributor Management: Lead and optimize relationships with foodservice distributors, focusing on sales strategies, pricing, promotions, inventory, and performance analysis. Expand distribution through strategic initiatives.
  2. Key Account & Channel Development: Build relationships with HORECA and Bakery operators, secure new accounts, negotiate contracts, and promote product placement.
  3. Sales & Business Development: Achieve sales targets, develop sales plans, identify growth opportunities, and support new product launches and marketing campaigns.
  4. Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market analysis, provide insights, and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams, providing reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. 5+ years of foodservice sales experience in Saudi Arabia, with strong distributor and key account management skills.
  2. Experience managing Bakery Ingredients, Frozen products, and Snacks in HORECA and Bakery channels.
  3. Proven negotiation, pricing, and revenue growth skills.
  4. Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
  5. Fluency in Arabic and English.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  7. Experience with CRM and sales tools preferred.
