As part of our expanding operations in the Middle East, we are seeking a Food Quality Technician to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary:

The Food Quality Technician is responsible for testing materials, finished products, and raw materials to ensure compliance with laws and company standards. They will test products at various production stages, oversee quality assurance and control, and analyze lab results.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly quality testing and inspections.
2. Initiate corrective actions to meet product specifications.
3. Support the Quality Control Manager in training staff on safety programs.
4. Maintain documentation for audits and collect samples for analysis.
5. Report product information and issues to supervisors.
6. Conduct calibrations, audits, and project tasks professionally and safely.
7. Communicate results and issues promptly.
8. Report instrumentation issues for review.
9. Report unusual observations and analytical results.
10. Follow quality, safety, and environmental policies.
11. Participate in quality measurement systems and corrective action tracking.
12. Assist in developing internal audit plans.
13. Contribute to building and maintaining a quality management system aligned with ISO standards and certifications.
14. Adhere to factory safety rules and regulations.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma in Food Science and Technology or equivalent.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials and practices.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good communication skills.
