A Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for managing the operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. The role includes training staff and working within budgeted guidelines.

What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Manager, your responsibilities include managing all Food and Beverage outlets, maintaining high customer service standards, ensuring compliance with brand standards, recruiting, managing, training, and developing the team, managing guest queries efficiently, working within budgets related to Food, Liquor, and Payroll, setting departmental targets, developing menus, conducting stock takes, incentivizing team members, conducting performance appraisals, evaluating guest satisfaction, and ensuring safety and environmental standards are met.

Ideal candidates will have management or supervisory experience in Food and Beverage, the ability to meet financial targets, comply with brand standards, work under pressure, maintain excellent grooming standards, and be willing to develop themselves and their team.
