Your day to day

As Director of Food & Beverage, you’ll lead all aspects of our food and beverage operations – from inspiring and developing your team to delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect our brand standards. Whether it’s fine dining, casual meals, banquet events, or room service, you'll ensure every guest leaves delighted and every team member is empowered to succeed.


In this role you’ll:


Oversee the day-to-day F&B operations across restaurants, bars, banqueting, room service, and events.


Work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary teams to craft innovative, seasonal, and brand-aligned menus.


Lead, train, and engage your team to deliver memorable, high-quality service.


Drive revenue and profit through strategic planning, upselling, cost control, and marketing initiatives.


Champion brand standards and ensure a consistent, high-level guest experience.


Monitor guest feedback and continuously identify areas for improvement.


Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met across all outlets.


Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and operations.


What we need from you

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.


7+ years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience in a luxury or full-service hotel environment.


Strong leadership skills with a passion for service excellence and team development.


Deep knowledge of food and beverage trends, service standards, and guest experience management.


Financially savvy with experience managing budgets, cost control, and P&L.


Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
