You will manage cost accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis, supporting management's decision-making and cost optimization efforts. The ideal candidate has a degree in Accounting or Finance and 4-7 years of relevant experience, particularly in the FMCG sector. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in cost control or management accounting, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, bill of materials, and standard costing.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and control production and operational costs.
• Develop and maintain standard cost models for raw materials, packaging, labor, and overheads.
• Prepare detailed cost variance reports and identify root causes of deviations.
