A leading Facilities Services provider is seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Total Facilities Management (TFM), strong consultancy skills, and a solid background in engineering or operations. This is a full-time, permanent role requiring relocation to Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to the client and Project Director on effective strategies to manage and control all FM services efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Act as a team leader for consultancy tasks, ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with operational standards and statutory requirements.
- Support the development and ongoing reporting of management information, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor FM governance and risk management processes to ensure compliance with best practices and statutory requirements.
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are upheld by outsourced service providers and monitor supplier performance against statutory maintenance obligations.
- Conduct regular audits and oversee performance reviews to ensure KPI compliance and operational excellence.
- Provide expert input on budgeting, forecasting, and asset management strategies for new equipment and ongoing operations.
- Act as the project manager for large capital projects, overseeing vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management.
- Support emergency and disaster response planning, ensuring effective communication and coordination with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) OR technical diploma in facility or industrial maintenance/management.
- 10+ years experience in Facilities Management, with at least 5 years in a high-profile, iconic, or unique facility (e.g., luxury hotels, palaces, high-visibility projects).
- Proven expertise in Total Facilities Management (TFM), covering hard and soft services.
- Strong knowledge of facility management best practices, including SFG20, NFPA, CIBSE, and BICSc standards.
- Experience in vendor management, budgeting, performance auditing, and risk mitigation.
- Prior experience working in the GCC region, with a deep understanding of local FM regulations.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and consultancy skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia for this exciting opportunity.
