Key Accountabilities

• Support the Senior Facilities Manager in developing the Facilities Management Strategy for the project, including all Soft FM aspects, which forms part of the overall Estate Operational Management Strategy. Responsibilities include:
• Health, safety, and environment compliance.
• Management of plant rooms, service rooms, utility rooms, and back of house areas such as offices and storage.
• Quantify space requirements for back of house areas and propose locations for optimization.
• Management of front of house areas, including public access and facade maintenance.
• Oversee building maintenance units (BMU), storage, and car parking.
• Review and recommend CAFM systems available in the market.
• Outline facilities management strategies and master plans for assets, including delivery programs.
• Provide advice on service delivery issues and review related documentation and reports.
• Develop specifications for O&M Manuals and support the development of Estate Management tender documentation from an FM perspective.
• Define stakeholder service level expectations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Promote innovation, best practices, and green technologies in facilities management.
• Provide expertise on Soft FM services such as Pest Control, Cleaning, Landscaping, Security, Catering, Janitorial, Waste Management, and Concierge services to support contractual obligations.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Programme Director or senior management.
