Role: Floor Manager

Floor managers supervise activities inside the outlet, overseeing guest and kitchen areas, and work to ensure customer satisfaction through quality products and services. They aim to increase table turnover, maximize outlet profitability, and ensure sales strategies are applied effectively.

What You'll Do
  • Assist in scheduling reservations or special events.
  • Ensure effective communication with the culinary team and staff.
  • Manage floor staff workforce, ensuring smooth coverage during shifts.
  • Assist host staff with greeting and guest orientation during peak times.
  • Organize shift documentation, including reports, training topics, and floor plans.
  • Ensure staff meet service standards, monitor and retrain as needed.
  • Record guest comments and feedback to improve service quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining and work areas.
  • Conduct daily briefings to communicate policies and updates.
  • Control product wastage in kitchen and guest areas.
  • Report issues or grievances to the outlet manager.
