Position: Flight Safety Manager (P121)

Department: Safety Management

Location: Full-time position based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

We're looking for a dedicated Flight Safety Manager to oversee and enhance safety performance across P121 operations. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and implementing the Safety Management System (SMS), managing risk, conducting safety audits, and leading investigations. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and promote a proactive safety culture.

Key Duties:

1. Managing safety reports, risk assessments, and corrective actions
2. Ensuring continuous safety promotion throughout the organization
3. Reporting to the Director of Safety
4. Contributing to safety case development
5. Providing regular updates on SMS performance

Experience & Skills:

1. 7 years of experience in the aviation field, with 3 years in a management role
2. 3 years of proven experience in aviation safety in similar operations
3. Previous experience in helicopter SAR/EMS (preferred)
4. Strong background in team leadership and aviation risk management
5. Familiar with GACARs and international (FAA/EASA) aviation regulations
6. Experience with SMS operations and risk control strategies
7. Proficiency in project management and report writing
8. Advanced skills in MS Office and aviation IT systems
9. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
10. Highly organized, team-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement
