Job description

Reporting to: General Manager – Middle East Region

The Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for expanding and managing GAC’s fleet and key account business in the ME Region, with a primary focus on the KSA market. The role involves working closely with authorized dealers to drive B2B sales, including but not limited to government tenders, corporate fleets, rental companies, and ride-hailing platforms. The goal is to increase GAC’s market share and visibility in the fleet segment through strong dealer support and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute fleet sales strategies in collaboration with local dealers across the Middle East;
  • Support dealers in identifying, approaching, and securing key fleet accounts;
  • Coordinate with GAC headquarters and regional teams to assist dealers in bidding, vehicle delivery, and after-sales service planning for fleet clients;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government entities, leasing companies, and fleet customers;
  • Communicate regularly with dealers to track fleet sales progress and payment collection;
  • Conduct market research to gather customer needs, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to support decision-making;
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Product, Aftersales) to provide customized fleet solutions;
  • Provide regular reports on fleet business performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet business, automotive companies, or the automotive industry; regional experience in the Middle East is preferred;
  • Familiarity with fleet procurement processes and buyer behaviors in the Middle East and surrounding markets;
  • Fluent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills; capable of working with both internal teams and in a multinational environment;
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
