Mandatory Requirements

Core Responsibilities

1. Intelligent Dispatching System Operations
   Deploy real-time logistics solutions using TMS (Transportation Management System).
   Monitor vehicle GPS data to optimize routing for 300+ daily transport nodes.
   Develop safety protocols for specialized equipment operations (including oversized cargo handling).
2. Cross-Cultural Team Management
   Establish multilingual communication mechanisms (proficiency in English + basic knowledge of at least one South Asian language required).
   Coordinate shift schedules for drivers across 5 nationalities, accommodating religious holidays.
   Lead monthly safety training with multilingual materials.
3. Emergency Response
   Manage a 24/7 emergency response team (covering mechanical failures, accidents, customs delays, etc.).
   Maintain key stakeholder contacts (local police, customs, insurers).
   Implement a three-tier vehicle alert system (routine/alert/emergency protocols).
