Title: Fixed Income Operations Assistant Manager

Location: Riyadh

Core Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the smooth running of the Operations teams, establishing an appropriate structure below management level and implementing succession planning.
2. Maintain high standards of control and minimize operational loss incidents.
3. Implement strategies for how GM Ops can add greater value to the operations function.
4. Deliver anticipated efficiencies from projects.
5. Ensure consistent procedures are followed and build capability to support business growth.
6. Improve processes and realize efficiency savings by conducting root cause analysis on repetitive process exceptions and implementing fixes.
7. Monitor controls, productivity, and service levels through appropriate metrics.
8. Recruit and train staff as required.
9. Establish materials and training programs to ensure retention and transfer of specialist product and process knowledge.
10. Collaborate with IT to implement strategic and tactical change programs.
11. Adhere to KRI and KPI targets set by Global Operations Management.
12. Develop and enhance the Client Service Operating Model.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a relevant role.
