Fitout package Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with architects and designers to interpret design layouts and ensure practical implementation on-site.
• Lead the planning and execution of fitout projects, ensuring all aspects align with client specifications and industry standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, adapting to changes while minimizing impact on the overall project.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and present progress reports, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best terms for the project.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes throughout the fitout process.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to address potential project challenges proactively.
• Mentor and lead junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience managing fitout projects in commercial sectors, preferably with experience handling Theme Park projects.
• Must have good experience handling overall fitout works for entertainment complex/Theme park projects.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and design implementation.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a knack for innovative solutions and adaptability.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
