We are seeking an experienced Facade & Fit-out Architect to join our team on-site for a high-rise building/tower project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facade design, construction, and fit-out, with a proven track record in handling high-rise or complex tower projects. The role involves overseeing the architectural design, material selection, and construction of the building’s exterior and interior fit-out, ensuring all work aligns with client specifications, regulatory standards, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the design and construction of the building’s facade, ensuring it aligns with the architectural vision and technical specifications.

Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP teams, and other stakeholders to integrate facade elements efficiently.

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.

Manage the selection and procurement of materials for the facade, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Perform regular site visits to ensure proper implementation of the facade design and quality control.

Manage the design and execution of interior fit-outs for high-rise buildings, including public and private spaces.

Oversee the selection of finishes, furnishings, and fixtures, ensuring they adhere to design aesthetics, functionality, and safety standards.

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery and installation of materials.

Provide technical support and advice to the project team to solve design and construction challenges on-site.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in facade and fit-out design, specifically on high-rise buildings or towers.

Strong knowledge of building materials, facade systems, and fit-out techniques.
