Job summary

KHATWAT GROUP is seeking an experienced Fire Fighting Technician to manage installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire systems in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Facilities Management, especially in high-rise buildings, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Arabic and familiarity with safety protocols is essential, along with valid residency documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in FM Gulf with Operations & Maintenance role.
• Valid and transferable iqama required.
• Exposure to high-rise buildings or similar sectors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems.
• Perform snagging/desnagging activities.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols.

Job description

Skills & Requirements:

Must speak Arabic; English knowledge is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and survey FM experience is essential
Valid and transferable Iqama (residency permit)

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in FM Gulf with FM service Operations & Maintenance (O&M) role
Experience in snagging/desnagging, fire and HSE systems
Exposure to high-rise buildings, malls, hospitals, banks, or similar sectors in Middle East or overseas countries

Qualifications:

Diploma, ITI, 12th or 10th in a related field
Certifications: IOSH, NEBOSH, NFPA (preferred)
Age: 25-45 years

Candidates must have a valid and transferable iqama
