We are the premier fire and water cleanup and restoration company in Northeast Ohio. We have expanded our operations to include 13 franchises in the Cleveland, Akron, Mansfield and Toledo areas. Due to our recent growth, we are seeking customer focused, motivated, and responsible Fire & Contents Crew Chief. The Crew Chief performs production processes to fulfill the service needs of restoration projects for our various customers from fire damage. The Crew Chief provides our customers with quality, consistent, and efficient work, representing the best in the cleanup and restoration industry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls as needed from both residential and commercial customers.
• Perform services as assigned, following SERVPRO production guidelines.
• Lead a team of Fire & Contents Technicians, communicates with project managers to make sure all customer needs are met.
• Support project managers and other production personnel, as needed.
• Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, and content storage warehouse.
• Completes documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Dedicated to world class customer service
• Effective oral communication
• Experience in cleaning/restoration
• IICRC certifications
• Must have clean driving record

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift 25 pounds and ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) where applicable
• Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
