Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead and command firefighting and emergency response teams across all operational scenarios
  • Develop and implement comprehensive fire protection strategies and emergency response plans
  • Manage day-to-day shift operations, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure 24/7 readiness
  • Operations & Compliance
  • Conduct detailed risk assessments and facility inspections to identify hazards and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure full compliance with government regulations, NFPA standards, and company fire safety requirements
  • Oversee technical specifications and maintenance of all firefighting equipment, vehicles, and emergency systems
  • Training & Development
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for emergency response teams and plant personnel
  • Mentor and develop fire department personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with external agencies and mutual aid associations for enhanced emergency preparedness
  • Technical Excellence
  • Participate in engineering reviews for new facilities and modifications to ensure optimal fire protection design
  • Conduct fire investigations and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
  • Manage hazardous materials compliance, permitting, and response protocols
Requirements

Due to employment regulations in KSA, this role is open to Saudi Nationals only.

Education & Experience
  • 4 Year Chemical Engineering Degree
