About The Role
We are seeking a
dynamic, results-oriented Account Executive to drive growth for
CPay, our innovative Payment Management System designed for educational institutions. CPay enables parents to easily manage and pay school fees through multiple options including financing and installment plans.
This role focuses on
B2C engagement—connecting directly with parents, trainees, and end-users—while building strong relationships with schools to boost adoption, usage, and loyalty. You will play a vital role in expanding our user base across the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Oman.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive B2C sales by reaching and engaging parents and trainees, aiming to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Work with existing partner schools to promote CPay directly to their parent community.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the education sector.
Marketing & Activation
- Lead the implementation of online and offline marketing campaigns to boost awareness and usage of CPay.
- Coordinate and execute school events—both virtual and in-person—to educate parents on CPay’s benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling social media, email, and print content.
Partnership & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary liaison with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), FinTech partners, and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators and finance teams.
- Participate in regular meetings with partner schools and stakeholders in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Oman.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Use data and analytics to refine sales strategies, measure campaign success, and identify improvement areas.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in sales, preferably in Banking, Payments, or FinTech.
- Proven track record in achieving B2C sales targets.
- Experience working with educational institutions is a plus.
Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Other
- Saudi National.
- Willingness to travel within the Eastern Region and occasionally to Kuwait & Oman.
