Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fine dining or upscale restaurant service experience.

• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capability to carry up to 25 pounds regularly.
• POS system experience preferred and knowledge of food safety standards.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Review kitchen tickets and communicate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for seamless service.
• Transport food from kitchen to guest tables with presentation and speed.
• Carry trays and tray jacks up to 25 pounds throughout shifts.
• Execute daily side work tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Remain calm and focused during peak service periods.
• Maintain knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Multitask and manage multiple orders in a high-volume environment.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall restaurant operations.
• Proactively communicate with teammates to resolve service issues or requests.
