Accounting & Close
- Run monthly close on-time with clean reconciliations (banks, wallets, gateways, intercompany).
- Maintain chart of accounts tailored to locker unit-economics (per site/city/partner).
- Manage AR/AP, accruals, fixed assets, depreciation, and inventory/CapEx for lockers.
Compliance & Control (KSA)
- Lead ZATCA filings (VAT 15% monthly/quarterly as applicable), zakat/corporate income tax, withholding tax on cross-border payments, and e-invoicing (FATOORAH) integration & archiving.
- Ensure WPS payroll compliance, GOSI contributions, EOSB provisions, and internal control policies (DOA, maker–checker).
Treasury & Working Capital
- 13-week cashflow forecasting; optimize collections, DSO/DPO, and supplier credit.
- Manage banking (KSA local banks), guarantees/LGs, LCs, and FX for imports (EU/China).
FP&A & Unit Economics
- Build and own budget/forecast; variance analysis with actionable insights.
- Track locker unit economics: orders per locker, revenue/locker, uptime, OPEX per site, service cost, partner revenue-share.
- Price modeling for new partners/cities; ROI/IRR on new locker deployments.
Revenue & Reconciliation
- Reconcile payments from Mada/STC Pay/Apple Pay and partner settlements; minimize leakage.
- Define credit & collections policy; lead dispute management.
Systems & Reporting
- Implement or enhance ERP + BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
- Deliver board-ready monthly P&L, CF, BS and site/partner profitability.
Cross-functional Leadership
- Work with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and Service to align on growth, SLAs, and cost discipline.
- Support audits, grants/financing, and MISA/municipality documentation as needed.
Skills
Must-haves
- 6–10 years in Finance/Accounting with 2+ years in KSA leading a finance function.
- Strong grasp of ZATCA VAT/zakat/CIT, WHT, WPS, GOSI, and FATOORAH e-invoicing.
- Mastery of IFRS/SOCPA, management accounting, and internal controls.
- Proven treasury & working-capital management; banking instruments (LGs/LCs).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; ERP experience (SAP B1/Oracle NetSuite/Odoo or similar) and BI (Power BI/Tableau).
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, last-mile or multi-site operations.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) communication and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Economics; CPA/CMA/SOCPA is a strong plus.
Nice-to-haves
- Costing/CapEx modeling for hardware deployments; import & customs exposure.
- Experience setting up finance for a scale-up or new country entity.
