Financial Manager

The Financial Manager oversees the company’s financial health by managing accounting operations, budgeting, financial planning, and compliance. Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports, analyzing risks, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role also involves investment analysis, cost control, and strategic decision-making to improve profitability.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
2. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators.
3. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial trends.
4. Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy.
5. Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
6. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
7. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide support for decision-making.
8. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

Skills
