Main Job Responsibilities:
1. Review of shared services departments’ daily transactions and authorize them for payment/booking.
2. Review cross charges allocation for shared services activities with Inter-Company affiliates.
3. Review the promotion lists for the departments, and make sure that they are in line with the HR policies and budget.
4. Review the monthly Marketing special incentives for all ALJR centers kingdom-wise and consolidate them.
5. Review on monthly basis the capitalization of manpower costs for project departments and follow up the allocation.
6. Sharing in the preparation of budget for CapEx and OpEx on an annual basis and in the preparation of Feasibility Studies of new and existing projects.
7. Review on monthly basis the flash reports for the results of shared services departments.
8. Ensure that internal and financial controls are followed and all the gaps are identified, bridged and closed efficiently and effectively.
9. Coordinate with shared services departments for OpEx CapEx requirements.
10. Coordinate and liaise with Finance Compliance, Internal Audit, External Audit & Q&C departments.
11. Responding to all ad-hoc requirements on timely basis
12. Responsible in preparing for financial results of the departments & reviews the variance with the preparation of the analysis.
13. Continuously develop new ideas and practices and make sure that the accounting is done in accordance with SOCPA and IFRS.
14. Ensuring that all financial transactions are conducted as per company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Minimum Experience
Minimum of 8 years with 5 years in Managerial position
