Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial management.

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the Finance department
  • Direct and coordinate financial planning and budget management functions
  • Analyze monthly operating results against budget and prepare financial forecasts
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with local and international accounting standards
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial processes
  • Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making
  • Oversee tax planning and compliance with Saudi Arabian financial regulations
  • Develop and mentor finance team members to build a high-performing department
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive financial efficiency and cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data in all systems and reports

Qualifications

  • MBA in Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior role
  • In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Proficiency in advanced accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian financial regulations and reporting standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing teams
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing financial processes and controls
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ethical standards and a high level of professional integrity
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
