Job Description:

Position Main Objective:
To support clients and internal teams in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights that promote sound financial decision-making. The Financial Consultant will assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and investment analysis, helping to ensure financial health and strategic alignment with organizational goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the preparation of financial plans, models, and reports for clients or internal stakeholders.
  2. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
  3. Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments or client portfolios.
  4. Collaborate with senior consultants or finance managers to develop tailored financial strategies.
  5. Prepare client presentations, investment proposals, and financial documentation.
  6. Conduct industry and market research to support strategic financial recommendations.
  7. Monitor financial performance indicators and assist in KPI reporting.
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
  9. Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, present findings, and provide financial insights.
  10. Maintain updated knowledge of financial products, economic conditions, and market trends.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CFA (Level I or II), CPA, or progress toward completion is an advantage.

Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, or corporate finance roles. Internship or prior exposure to financial planning, modeling, or advisory services is preferred for junior level.

Skills & Competencies:

  1. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
  3. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  4. Good written and verbal communication skills for presenting financial data and recommendations.
  5. Client-focused mindset with a collaborative, proactive approach.
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  7. High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial data.
  8. Eagerness to learn and develop within the finance and consulting domain.
