What you'll be doing

  • Liaison with outsourced accounting team to ensure completeness of accounting transactions and monthly closing processes.
  • To ensure monthly closing and reporting activities are performed.
  • Analyze PNL for revenue, expenses, and profitability trends and to provide insights to optimize financial performance.
  • Identifying and implement process improvements within the finance function to enhance efficiency, accuracy and internal controls.
  • Assist in audits and financial compliance reviews, providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Actively participate in LEs and budget exercises to ensure completeness of submission before regional deadlines.
  • Review accuracy of budget and LEs submissions from marketing and commercial departments ( eg. Sellout and sell in, A&P ).
  • Develop and automate detailed sales templates in collaboration with marketing and commercial teams to assist them in finalization of latest estimates, sales budget and forecasts.
  • Develop and automate sales commission templates to assist commercial team in calculation of sales force commission.
  • Develop A&P comparison templates for marketing team to assist them in comparison of actuals vs budget \ LEs.
  • Liaison with marketing team on monthly basis for justification on actual A&P expenses vs budgeted.
  • Assist in training of marketing and commercial teams, supervisors on spreadsheets automation for efficient calculations of sales estimations, forecast and comparisons of actual vs targets.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • English proficiency level.
  • 3+ years of experience in the same field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance.
