We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our FP&A Division at Sandsoft.

As a Financial Analyst, you will primarily focus on cost controlling, budgeting & planning, and management reporting within our dynamic gaming company.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough analysis of costs to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Document and execute cost-saving initiatives and budget management to ensure organizational cost-effectiveness.
• Analysing and optimising procurement processes to reduce expenses and improve efficiency.
• Developing and implementing procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and consistent with business goals.
• Collaborating with Expenses Owners to implement frame contracts and long term contracts.
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights for decision-making.
• Generating timely and accurate reports to support strategic planning and operational initiatives.
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to support business objectives and drive profitability.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
• Approving expenses claims and PR in different tools.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Finance or related field, or CFA qualification.
• Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in FP&A or commercial finance roles, preferably within the gaming or related industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other financial software/tools.
• Knowledge of Power Point and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
