Role Purpose

Reporting and monitoring the trade spends, maintaining the spends VS budgeting and analysis related.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

1. Actively involved in evaluating and tracking the cost of market promotions and other trade marketing spend.
2. Timely updates the fact sheet spending tracker on a monthly basis by downloading relevant G2N accounts from SAP and creating the necessary reports.
3. Calculates and maintains monthly BDA charges due to customers.
4. Monitors opening fees charged by modern trade customers and ensures that complete transactions are charged back against Principals G2N accrual.
5. Provides support in ensuring all proof of performance (POPs) for trade spending claims are completely received and properly reviewed before sending out to Principals.
6. Prepares ad hoc reports as deemed necessary.
