Job Description
  • Facilities Management: Manage & control fleet, landscaping services, building maintenance, and utilities at office sites, coordinating with third-party providers.
  • Administration: Ensure office supplies and services are ordered as required, following procurement processes.
  • People Practices: Align good practices for all employees with strategic business initiatives. Establish relationships with key clients and stakeholders across supported functions.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain service levels that meet standards and contract terms, ensuring internal client satisfaction. Respond to queries and reasonable requests regarding facilities.
  • Administration and Compliance: Attend to administrative tasks in compliance with BRF rules and regulations. Support department meetings, internal events, and their organization.
  • Budget Management: Analyze and control the Admin & Facilities packages budget monthly, including planning for forecasts.
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure the 5S methodology and basic safety conditions in the office. Participate in audits related to suppliers.
