Job summary

Accenture Middle East seeks a Finance Strategy Manager to advise CFOs and senior leaders on enterprise performance, including AI-enabled EPM/FP&A, cost transformation and capital efficiency. The role spans engagement leadership across multiple workstreams, economic management and client relationship development.

The ideal candidate has 7–9 years in Finance Strategy or CFO advisory, with EBITDA, cash flow and return on invested capital improvements as concrete outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in CFO advisory or strategy consulting.
• Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary engagements.
• Experience with AI-enabled finance is a plus.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and secure decisions.

Responsibilities

• Advise CFOs and senior leaders on enterprise performance and value creation.
• Own engagement delivery across workstreams and engagement economics.
• Lead and coach consultants and develop senior client relationships to win work.
• Design finance strategies, roadmaps and KPI frameworks for clients.
• Develop business cases and financial scenarios for investments and prioritization.
• Identify AI use cases in finance and prioritize adoption.
