Our client, Aviagen stands at the forefront of poultry genetics, pioneering research, and innovation on a global scale. Their broiler breeder brands are among the most recognized and respected in the industry and each has a proven record of success in addition to a large and loyal global customer base.
As global poultry revenues rise and market opportunities continue to expand, Aviagen is making significant investments to build world-class sites and facilities that will support long-term growth and industry leadership.
As part of its ongoing expansion in the TMEA region, Aviagen is establishing a new world-class operation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) as Aviagen’s first direct investment. The development will include six farms, a hatchery, feed mill, laboratory, and a decontamination unit, strategically located across multiple sites.
We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced

- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing finance team.
- Oversee all accounting operations, including AP/AR, invoicing, cash flow, and general ledger.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments, collections, and bank reconciliations.
- Drive month-end closings and prepare financial statements, benchmark reports, and management accounts.
- Deliver insightful financial reporting and support strategic business reviews.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, including VAT and corporate income tax filings; manage biological asset valuations (IAS 41).
- Coordinate internal and external audits and statutory reporting.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support decision-making.
- Manage fixed asset register, capitalization, depreciation, and CAPEX planning.
Candidate Profile :
- 5+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA qualification preferred.
- Solid knowledge of local tax regulations and international accounting standards (e.g. IFRS).
- Experience in poultry, food processing, or production accounting is highly desirable.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in multicultural environments.
- Resilient, proactive, and committed to high standards of integrity and accuracy.
- Skilled in problem solving, analytical thinking, and taking initiative.
- Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
- Hardworking, dependable, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.
