FINANCE MANAGER - Riyadh – KSA

Antal International is exclusively working with a Global PMC / EPC company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to hire a Finance Manager, reporting to Project Director. Candidates must have KSA experience & currently based in Saudi Arabia. Budget: SAR 35K - 40K

Overview:

As part of the senior management team, the Finance Manager holds the responsibility to liaise and coordinate with the Project Director and the rest of the senior management team/peers with all matters related to operational issues required for the success of the projects in accordance with the Client expectations.

As part of the senior management team, the Finance Manager also holds the responsibility to assist in the setting, implementing, monitoring, and reporting of all required management reports and KPIs for finance department in accordance with the projects’ procedures.

Person Specification:

1. The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting or economics from an internationally recognized university and over 15 years’ experience.
2. An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
3. Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
4. Commercial and business awareness.
5. Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
6. A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
7. Ability to stick to time constraints.
8. Familiarity with multicultural team-working.
9. Familiarity with Oracle Primavera is a plus.
10. Fluency in the English and Arabic language is mandatory.

Basic Responsibilities:

1. Collect and review all financial information related to the Projects.
2. Overview the management and control the invoicing flows (account payables, expenses).
3. Perform periodic financial reports for the Project Director and the Client.
4. Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets and the related cash-flows.
5. Review and advise with regards to the submittals of Third Party Entities related to Market Studies, Financial Models and similar deliverables.
